Paul Christiansen is the founder of Quorim. He comes to this position with a rich and varied background that provides experience, context, skills and understanding of a wide variety of business issues.
Paul is the leader of an executive forum group for the IT training industry also run under the Quorim name. Prior to Quorim Paul ran Vortex Data Systems for 23 years. He founded Vortex in the days immediately preceding the advent of the original IBM PC. Over the years Vortex evolved from a software company to a PC company to a networking company, and finally to an IT training company.
In addition to Vortex, Paul co-founded a company called United Training which is a consortium of IT training companies throughout North America. He also helped found a compay called PowerCircles that focuses on virtual executive forums.
Prior to the technical pursuits, Paul has been a Naval Aviator, a Real Estate Agent, a Marriage, Family and Child Counselor. He has taught in both the graduate program at CSPP and Computer Science at the community college level.
His interests include cars (1936 Auburn Boattail Speedster replica, Manx, Baja Bug and Corvette), anything technology, video, photography, travel (especially cruises and solar eclipses in exotic places) and writing.
